  Expensive for what you get. Sauna can only fit 3-4 people max, outdoor hot tubs are ok. Look is very dated. The restaurant is very expensive, you're looking at 30$ for a soup and pasta.

  Spa was ok. We had taken a package deal but they didnt seem too informed about it. At supper the lady told us about the menu and we had to tell her we had a package deal. Then for breakfast, because we reserved a while ago we forgot breakfast was included...she never told us and even went on saying that breakfast was 10$ per person or you can reserve a basket to your room... When we went to pay breakfast was charged...and we never got breakfast. It was ok...beds a little uncomfortable and rooms and place a little outdated...i don't think we'll go again due to the fact that they failed to inform us about our package deal and what was and wasnt included...

  Worst experience ever! We left after an hour. First the hotel is on a huge hill and there is barely any parking. You can't eat anything there after 8pm and the menu is small and overpriced. The room was cold even with the fireplace on, and the worst part is that your not allowed using the bathtub in your OWN room after a certain time! And they were also very rude to me! There is no view of the lake like the website says there is, you can barely see it from the room at all, just the parking lot (and we paid extra for the upgraded suite!) I couldn't believe how rude they were to me when I went to them, we just walked out! On top of that I prepaid two nights for the room which they would not refund, then they had the nerve to tell me I had to also pay for a massage I had booked for the next day even though I was leaving. When I tried to talk to them, they gave me such attitude so we walked out, I've never had such an awful experience at a hotel in the life, DO NOT GO TO SPA WATEL! You will be very disappointed!!! Also, this is NOT a 4 star hotel! Maybe a 1 or 2 star hotel! Don't waste your time, it was very disappointing!
